SETTING THE NEEDLE
See Fig. 8. Raise the needle bar (A; to its highest point, by turning hand wheel toward
you by hand. Then loosen needle clamp screw (B) and needle can be removed or replaced.
When replacing needle (Flat Side to Right) in needle clamp push it upward as far as it will
go into needle clamp hole, tightening the needle clamp screw B) securely with a screw
driver.
