Recording format bit rate setting

Usually CDs are recorded in 16-bit, 44.1 kHz format, but with the R16 you can also use higher
quality 24-bit recording.

Press [PROJECT].

Setting and changing the bit rate

PROJECT>REC SETTING>BIT RATE

HINT

• If you are overwriting a recording, you cannot

change this.

• This setting is stored for each project.

• The initial setting is 16bit.

• If you use 44.1 kHz/24-bit, you will have to convert

to 16-bit to create an audio CD.
