9 Getting Started with DSL and
Ethernet Testing
The AXS-200/635i not only verifies service and connectivity to the DSLAM,
but also executes upstream and downstream performance measurements
such as actual data rates, attenuation, and noise margin. In addition, it
provides advanced IPTV measurements such as packet jitter and loss, PCR
jitter, MDI, PID viewer and IGMP zap time; and also supports higher layer
testing such as ping, traceroute and Web download speed.
