Running Final/Active Pair Test and Viewing Results
Result 1
The Result 1 tab allows you to view the
results of the measured values and
pass/fail status for the Final/Active Pair
tests.
Result 2
The Result 2 tab displays more results
from the Final/Active Pair tests.

Met. Insulation displays the
metallic insulation values for the
circuit, ranging from 0 to
999 MOhm.

Opens Meter measures the
capacitance of the loop in nF, for
each lead combination.

Opens Length displays the corresponding capacitance in either meter
or feet, depending on the unit selection in Regional Settings. If the
corresponding capacitance is < 0.2 nF or > 10 μF, N/A is displayed.

Opens Variance is the percentage difference between the capacitance
on T-G and R-G.
³
Load Coil displays In Progress while running and the number of load
coils detected when the test is completed. If the number is 1 or 2,
Probable Filter Detected is displayed. Splitter Detected is displayed if
present.
Press the Details button to switch to the Load Coil tab.
