Transmit Configuration
Transmit Configuration
The transmit configuration allows to configure the background stream
properties.
Press , select Traffic Generation & Monitoring, Background Streams
Config, and the Transmit tab.

Background Stream: Select any
of the three background streams
for which the parameters are to
be configured.

TX: Enable or disable the selected
background stream transmission.
The default setting is Enabled.

Framing: Select Ethernet,
Ethernet/IPv4/UDP or
Ethernet/IPv6/UDP. The default value is Ethernet.

Frame size (Bytes): Set the frame size for Ethernet and
Ethernet/IPv4/UDP or Ethernet/IPv6/UDP frame structure. The default
value will be equal to the minimum frame size or to 64 bytes if the
minimum frame size is under 64 bytes. The minimum frame size varies
with the framing selection and the number of VLAN layers configured.
