Setting Pre-selected Messages
You can set a message on your display that will appear on the display of any
other station within your system.
Note: Contact your System Administrator for more information.
Set a Message
1. Lift the handset.
2. Enter 563 (Program Entry Code)
3. Enter 51.
4. Enter the number that corresponds to the preselected message you want
to use and supplemental information to leave your message (see
“Entering Characters for Display Entries” on page 2-20).

LUNCH, RETURN HH:MM
• 02, then the Date =
ON VACATION, RETURN AT MM:DD
• 03, then the Time =
OUT OF OFFICE RETURN TIME HH:MM

5. Press the hook-switch.
6. Hang up.
Cancel a Pre-Selected Message
1. Lift the handset.
2. Enter 563, then 51#.
3. Press the hook-switch, and hang up.
