Callback

Callback can be used to call back an internal caller that has left you a
message. In addition, if you try to access an outside line (by dialing the access
code: usually 9), you can use Callback to alert you when an outside line is
freed up for you to use to make an external call.

Note:

An external or outside line is also known as a CO Line.

Return a Call from Someone that Left a Message

When you have a message from another station:

1. Pick up the handset or press

SPEAKER.

2. Press

CALL BACK to directly dial the station from which the message

was left.

Use Callback to Notify You

When an Outside Line (CO LINE) is Available

When you try to access an outside line that is busy:

1. Press

CALLBK

.

- A confirmation beep will

sound.

When an outside line becomes available, your phone will ring.

2. Lift the handset or press

SPEAKER.

3. Press the flashing line key, then dial 9 to access an outside line.

4. Dial the external phone number.
