Do Not Disturb (DND)
Setting DND
1. Lift the handset.
2. Dial 553.
3. Hang up.
Cancel Do Not Disturb
1. Lift the handset.
2. Dial 559.
3. Hang up.
Forward
Use Forward to redirect your calls to another extension or phone number.
Overview of Call Forwarding Calls
There are several Call Forward options.
Note: All Forward settings, except Follow-Me, must be made from your own
phone.
1. Lift the handset.
2. Enter 554.
3. Enter the destination associated with the call forward type you want to
use:
Hint: See "Entering a Destination" below, and “Selecting a Forward
Type” on page 4-11.
4. Hang up to complete the setting.
Entering a Destination
When entering an Internal Destination:
Do one of the following:
• Enter 100 to 131 to forward your calls to another station
number (STA).
• Enter 620 to 629 to forward your calls to Hunt Group.
• Enter a voice mailbox number (for either a station or Hunt Group) to
forward calls to voice mail.
