Returning Call to Host System

If the SBX IP 320 is connected to another system, you can use this feature to
transfer a call to an extension on the other system.

1. While connected to an extension call:

2. Press the hook-switch.

3. Dial 551.

When you hear new dial tone from the other system:

4. Enter the extension number on the other system.

When the station answers:

5. Announce the call.

AND/OR

6. Hang up.

Shuttle Calls

This feature allows you to "toggle" between two active calls.

While on an active call:

1. Press the hook-switch to place the current call on hold.

- The holding party hears music on hold (if equipped).

2. Dial another internal or external party.

3. Once the second call is connected:

4. Press the hook-switch to toggle between calls.

Hint: You can make it a conference call by pressing the hook-switch a

second time (see “Conference” on page 4-9).
