When you see the HTP Mode you
want to use:

Using Pre-Selected Display Messages
You can set a message on your display that will appear on the display of any
other station within your system. These messages will alert the caller as to
your status.
Available Pre-selected Messages that are:
• AT HOME
• AT BRANCH OFFICE
• IN A MEETING / RETURN AT TIME XX:XX
• IN OFFICE STASSS
• CALL TO (PHONE NO :)
• OUT OF OFFICE / RETURN UNKNOWN
• OUT OF OFFICE / RETURN AT DATE XX:XX
• OUT OF OFFICE / RETURN AT TIME XX:XX
• ON VACATION / RETURN AT DATE XX:XX
• LUNCH RETURN AT XX:XX
• USER CUSTOM MSG
