Use Add, Rewind, or CallBack Options
While listening to the current message:
Use on the Nav Button to display another set of options for the
current message.Press the
ADD
soft button if you are replying to a
message and want to add a comment first.
NOTE: See "Forward a Message" below.
OR
Press the
REWIND
soft button to rewind the message by a few seconds.
- Each time you press
REWIND
, the message will rewind another few
seconds.
OR
Press the
CALLBK
soft button to immediately dial the station that left the
current message.
Reply to a Message
You can reply directly to an email left by another station within your phone
system. The reply will be in the form of leaving a reply message in the caller’s
mailbox.
While listening to the message (see steps above for listening to messages):
1. Press #5 to dial the station that left the message.
At the prompt:
2. Record your reply.
Forward a Message
You can forward a message to another voice mailbox within the system.
While listening to a message:
1. Press #6 to forward the message.
2. Enter the destination voice mailbox.
Hint: If you do not want to add your own comment, when you hear the
prompt "The message has been forwarded", you can hang up or
press 2 to listen to the next message.
