Call Waiting
If you are on a call, you may get an alert that another caller is trying to reach
you. If Call Waiting is enabled on your phone, you will hear a short tone during
a conversation to indicate another call is waiting:
When you hear the tone:
Hang up with the current caller to be connected with
the waiting call.
Camp-On
After receiving an intercom busy tone:
1. Press 6.
- Camp-on tone is heard at the target (called) station.
When the other extension becomes "un-busy", your phone will ring:
2. Pick up the handset.
- You will hear the other extension ringing, and can continue the call.
Conference
The system allows you to set up a 3-way conference between internal and/or
external participant.
1. Lift the handset.
2. Call the first participant.
3. Press the hook-switch.
4. Dial the next number.
When the next party answers:
5. Press the hook-switch twice in two seconds to connect all three
participants (including yourself).
