543 or 549 = All Call (or System) Page

You can send a page to every station within the phone system, or to all zones
including internal and external.

Dial 543 to page all internal zones.

OR

Dial 549 to page all zones (both internal and external)

Meet-Me Page

One user can initiate a page directed at another (specific) user. The user that
is paged can then respond from any station, and be directly connected to the
paging party for a private conversation (such as when a user is not in their own
office and needs to reach another user).

To Respond to a Meet-Me Page

When you hear a Meet-Me page directed to you:

Dial 544 to connect to the paging party

Queuing

If you access a busy line, you may request the system to place you on hold,
until the next line becomes idle.

1. Lift the handset.

2. Press the hook-switch.

3. Dial 556.

When you hear the confirmation tone

(indicating that the call has been accepted:

4. Hang up.

Redial (Last Number)

1. Lift the handset.

2. Dial 552.
