Using the Headset (vs. Speaker) Mode
Set the Headset Mode
If you want to use a headset instead of the speaker for handsfree
conversations, you will need to switch to the headset mode. In addition, when
you want to again use the speaker instead of the headset, you need to change
the phone back to speaker mode. You cannot use both the headset and
speaker phone at the same time.
1. Use on the Nav Button to
access the Programming
Menu.
2. Use on the Nav Button to
scroll to the
ADVANCED
PROGRAM
option.
3. Press the OK soft button to
select the
ADVANCED PROGRAM
option.
4. Use on the Nav button to scroll through the options.
When you see the SPK/HEADSET PROGRAM option:

NEXT
soft button to
toggle between the
SPEAKER
and
HEADSET MODE
