Error Title: Error Starting Program
Error Message: A required .DLL file, XXXX.DLL, was not found.
The user can know what .DLL files are missing. Copying the specific .DLL files into the system
folder of Windows will solve this problem. In general, the system folder is:
C:\Windows\system (for Windows 95/98)
Or C:\WinNT\System32 (for Windows NT)
The user might check the setting of Windows to find the system folder.

When reporting problems, please include the following information:
Is the problem reproducible? If so, how?
What kind and v ersion of Op eration System is t he user running? For example, Windows 3.1,
Windows for Workgroups, Windows NT 4.0, etc.
What kind of our products is the user using? Please refer to the product catalog.
If a dialog box with an error message was displayed, please include the full text of the dialog box,
including the text in the title bar.
If the prob lem involves other programs or har dware devices, what devices or version of the
failing programs that the user using?
Other comments relative to this problem or any suggestions will be helpful.
