TASCAM DR-10C

Operation

1. When the Home Screen is open, while pressing

and holding the MENU button, press the .

[j] button to put the DR-10C into infrared

communication mode.
By default the setting is for infrared reception (IR

RX).

2. When units are in infrared transmission/

reception mode, place their infrared trans-

mitters/receivers near each other.

3. To set one DR-10C as the master from which

settings are copied, press its PHONES [+]

button to put it into infrared transmission (IR

TX) mode.
After sending the transmission data for about

10 seconds, this setting will reset to infrared

reception (IR RX) mode.

4. To transmit again, repeat the same operations.
5. After copying the settings completes,

COMPLETE

will appear on the display of the

DR-10C that was in infrared reception (IR RX)

mode and then the Home Screen will reappear.

6. When in infrared reception mode, press the

MENU button to end infrared reception mode

and return to the Home Screen.

During reception

When data is being received, the screen changes

repeatedly as shown in a–d until reception

completes.
When data reception completes,

COMPLETE

appears on the display for several seconds as shown

in e. Then, the Home Screen reappears.

Changing the top panel

After purchasing another top panel (sold separately),

you can change the installed top panel as shown

below.
The following two types of top panels are available.

For Shure
Top panel product (sold separately) name:

AK-DR10CH (mini XLR 4-pin male)

(1: GND, 2: BIAS, 3: MIC, 4: IN-OUT through)

For SONY/RAMSA
Top panel product (sold separately) name:

AK-DR10CR (Hirose 4-pin female)

For SONY (1: BIAS, 2: IN-OUT through, 3: MIC,

4: GND)
For RAMSA (1: MIC, 2: IN-OUT through, 3:

BIAS, 4: GND)
