Click the Application Security Policy link to enter the in-depth detection page.
NOTE:
Before configuring IPS, AV, and other policies, make sure that you have installed the license file and
upgraded the signatures.
Configuring the notify actions
1.
Select System Management > Action Management > Notify Actions to enter the page displaying
the notify actions.
2.
Click the icon of the Notify action to enter the page for configuring the actions.
3.
Select the Output to syslog host check box, and configure the IP address of the SecCenter as the
IP address of the syslog host.
4.
Set the port number to 30514.
5.
Click Apply.
Configuring an IPS policy
There is a default IPS policy on segment 3. You can also create a new IPS policy based on the default
attack policy and add it to the segment.
