Breakaway in Enhanced Mode without Hold

Variant 1
You want to take SD video from source S1 to destination D2. But you also want to take AES12
from source S3 and both AES34 and AES56 from source S4.
The levels defined for the destination are SD, A12, A34, and A56. SD was defined first in the
destination description. Therefore it is considered the primary level.
1 Switch to the page containing destination D2. Press destination D2. The previous source was
source S7 so it is high-tally.
2 Select just level SD. Press source S1, switching to its page if necessary.
Source S1 is high-tally because you have taken SD
—
the primary level
—
from this source.
Source S7 is red because the other levels still come from source S7. (The SD level button is
amber because SD is the primary level. The other level buttons are red because they are not
primary. All level buttons go high-tally once again, either red or amber.)
3 Select just level A12. Press source S3.
Source S3 goes high-tally red because it is not the primary source. All level buttons go high-
tally once again.
4 Select both A34 and A56 levels. Press source S4.
Source S4 goes high-tally red because, like source 3, it is not the primary source. All level but-
tons go high-tally once again. Source S7 goes dim because no other levels come from source
S7.
