Power up the printer.
Open the printer to expose the engine.
From the menu, select:
1. Offline
2. Maintenance
3. PH Release
4. Select
5. Up arrow to Yes
6. Save
7. Exit to Offline
8. Offline
This will release the printhead latch. There should be a click
sound as the latch is released.
IMPORTANT: Do not pull the printhead latch back
manually. This will cause the latch to break.
Move the printhead latch fully back.
Remove the blue ink connector covers.
Insert the printhead, angled towards the back of the printer. Then
push the printhead forward.
