Suggested exercises with

expander and door anchor

Triceps (figure F)

1. Attach the door anchor above the door and
close it.
2. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart
and with your back to the door and hold the
expander in one hand. The back of your hand
is facing upwards.
3. Bend your arm to 90 degrees. Your upper
arm remains at shoulder height. This is the
starting position.
4. Pull the article forwards until your arm is
extended forwards. Your arm remains at
shoulder height.
5. Hold this position briefly and then return
slowly to the starting position.
6. Repeat the exercise and then change arms.

Shoulders (figure G)

1. Attach the door anchor above the door and
close it.
2. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and
hold the expander in one hand. The back of
your hand is facing upwards.
3. Extend your arm straight upwards. This is the
starting position.
4. Pull the article with the extended arm forwards
to shoulder height.
5. Hold this position briefly and then return
slowly to the starting position.
6. Repeat the exercise and then change arms.

Biceps (figure H)

1. Attach the door anchor below the door and
close it.
2. Stand in front of the door with your feet
shoulder-width apart and hold the expander
in one hand. The back of your hand is facing
downwards.
3. Keep your arm extended downwards.
Your upper arm stays against your body.
This is the starting position.
4. Pull the article to your upper arm using your
lower arm. Your upper arm stays against your
body.

5. Hold this position briefly and then return
slowly to the starting position.
6. Repeat the exercise and then change arms.

Latissimus dorsi and shoulders

(figure I)

1. Attach the door anchor below the door and
close it.
2. Stand sideways to the door with your feet
shoulder-width apart and hold the expander
in one hand that is furthest from the door.
The backs of your hands are facing outwards.
3. Hold your arm out straight against your body.
This is the starting position.
4. Pull the article away from your body with
your arm extended. Keep your arm straight
throughout the exercise.
5. Hold this position briefly and then return
slowly to the starting position.
6. Repeat the exercise and then change arms.
Important: Please ensure that your

knees are slightly bent during each

exercise.
