NOTES

Use only the pattern discs w for shaping biscuits.
Do not line the baking tray with Tefl on, fats or oil paper, as the biscuits then do
not keep their shape.
Ensure that the locking ring q sits fi rmly on the container 7 and that the
container 7 is correctly mounted on the motor unit 4 before you switch the
appliance on.

1) Hold the biscuit shaper a little way above the baking tray.

2) Press on the start button 1 until the fi rst biscuit has been formed. The length

of time you need to press the start button 1 is dependent on the desired
shape and size of the biscuit. If you press the start button 1 for just a short
time, you will form a small biscuit. The longer you press the start button 1,
the larger the biscuit will be.

3) Release the start button 1 and move the biscuit shaper to another position.

4) Repeat the steps until you have shaped a suffi cient number of biscuits.

NOTE

If the dough is too sticky, place it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
