Managing Visitors
You can use the Visitor Management function to create visits, configure and enter the details of a visit. This
function is displayed only if the account has licence for visitor management and Can Host Visitors option is
enabled for that Person in ACUS. You can perform the following tasks using the Visitor Management
function:
• Add visit
• Add a new visitor
• View planned visits
3.1 Add a New Visit
To add a visit, perform the following steps:
1. Click Add Visit. The Add New Visit dialog box appears.
