Click OK. The Identification number for the visitor is added.

Click Save. Visitor details are saved and the visitor name appears in the Selected Visitors field.

Planned Visits
You can use the Planned Visits functions to search and view various visits. You can perform the following
functions using the planned visits option:
• View Visit
• Edit Visit
• Delete Visit

Click Planned Visits under Visitor Management. The Planned Visits dialog box appears. By default, all
today’s visits are displayed.
