Select the company name from the list and click Select. The company name is added in the Visitor
Company field.

In the Phone Number field, click the Cell option button and enter the cell number of the visitor.
11.
Click the Office option button to enter the office contact number of the visitor.
12.
Enter the email address of the visitor in the Email Account field.
13.
Click Save. The message appears.
