Description
Query whether OCP occurred on the specified channel.

Explanation
OCP refers to that the output turns off automatically when the actual output current
of the channel exceeds the overcurrent protection value.
When [:SOURce[<n>]] or [<n>] is omitted, the system queries whether OCP
occurred on the current channel.

[:SOURce[<n>]]:CURRent:PROTection:CLEar
the circuit and label of the OCP occurred on the specified channel.

The query returns YES or NO.
