Description Set the symmetry of RAMP.
Query the symmetry of RAMP.

<value> Integer 0 to 100 50
Explanation Symmetry refers to the ratio of the duration of the rising edge within a period to the
whole period.
Return Format The query returns an integer from 0 to 100, for example, 60.

Description Set the positive pulse width of Pulse.
Query the positive pulse width of Pulse.

<value> Integer 1s to 99998s 5s
Explanation  Pulse width refers to the duration of high level within a period.
 The actual range available of <value> is related to the period currently set
( :TIMEr:TEMPlet:PERIod ). The actual range available is from 1s to (period-1s).
Return Format The query returns an integer, for example, 14.
