problems
Please visit the support pages online listed below as a guide for
possible solutions to problems you may encounter when using either

KODAK
E1030 or E1040 Scanner.
Upgrading
software
Kodak Alaris frequently updates drivers and firmware to correct issues
and add new features. If you are experiencing repeated error
messages, for example, you should upgrade to the latest driver before
contacting Service. Go to:
select your scanner model,
and download the most recent upgrade.
