3 Select how to output the
report, and then touch
[Enter].
❍ Select how to output the
transmission result
report when there is only
one recipient and when
there are two or more
recipients.
ON: Select this setting to
automatically output a
transmission result report with every transmission.
If TX Fail: Select this setting to output the transmission result report
only if the transmission failed.
OFF: Select this setting to stop the transmission result report from
automatically being outputted.
4 Continue touching [Enter] to return to the Utility screen, and then touch
[Exit] to return to the standby screen (initial screen).
Specifying the setting for the “Activity Report” parameter
1 Touch [Admin. 1], and then touch [Report Settings].

2 Touch [Activity Report].
3 Touch whether (“ON”) or not
(“OFF”) to automatically
output the activity report,
and then touch [Enter].
4 Continue touching [Enter] to return to the Utility screen, and then touch
[Exit] to return to the standby screen (initial screen).
