EncryptionStatus()

Call this function to set the desired encryption status.

RemoveWep()

Call this with a key index of 0-3 to remove the WEP key at that index.

Syntax

UINT EncryptionStatus( UINT mode );

Parameters

NDIS_ENCRYPTION_1_ENABLED

WEP is enabled; TKIP and AES are not enabled, and a
transmit key may or may not be available. (same as
NDIS_RADIO_WEP_ENABLED)

NDIS_ENCRYPTION_DISABLED

Indicates that AES, TKIP, and WEP are disabled, and
a transmit key is available. (Same as
NDIS_RADIO_WEP_DISABLED)

NDIS_ENCRYPTION_NOT_SUPPORTED Indicates that encryption (WEP, TKIP, and AES) is

not supported. (Same as
NDIS_RADIO_WEP_NOT_SUPPORTED)

NDIS_ENCRYPTION_1_KEY_ABSENT

Indicates that AES, TKIP, and WEP are disabled, and
a transmit key is not available. (Same as
NDIS_RADIO_WEP_ABSENT)

NDIS_ENCRYPTION_2_ENABLED

Indicates that TKIP and WEP are enabled; AES is not
enabled, and a transmit key is available.

NDIS_ENCRYPTION_2_KEY_ABSENT

Indicates that there are no transmit keys available for
use by TKIP or WEP, TKIP and WEP are enabled;
and AES is not enabled.

NDIS_ENCRYPTION_3_ENABLED

Indicates that AES, TKIP, and WEP are enabled, and a
transmit key is available.

NDIS_ENCRYPTION_3_KEY_ABSENT

Indicates that there are no transmit keys available for
use by AES, TKIP, or WEP, and AES, TKIP, and
WEP are enabled.

Return Values ERROR_SUCCESS when successful, ERR_QUERY_FAILED when the query failed, or

ERR_CONNECT_FAILED if a connection with the radio failed.

Remarks

None.

Remarks

On disassociation with all BSSIDs of the current service set, WEP key is
removed by the adapter.
