At the margins of the footprints of a satellite (e.g. after a slight change

of position), it may be necessary for you to manually correct the setting

(not normally required). It is also possible to manually correct the fi ne

tuning.

Press

in the main menu and then use the



keys to switch to the “HDP antenna setup” option. Then press

to go to the HDP menu.

Manual Correction

The set position (the satellite found) is saved.

You can correct the inclination and horizontal angle of the antenna

using the “Elevation” and “Azimuth direction” settings. To do this, press
the



keys or enter a fi gure using the number keys and confi rm

with

. Check your settings by referring to the “Level” and “Qual”

bars on the left-hand side. The higher the bar, the stronger and better
quality the signal received. At the same time, you can use the

key to activate a search tone, the level of which corresponds to the

signal strength. The graphical display in the lower section of the screen

(green with red dot) represents the relative position of the antenna.

While the antenna turntable is moving in the desired direction, a cor-

responding message for Elevation and Azimuth direction appears (ex-

ample).

After successful fi ne-tuning, the following message appears for a few

seconds:
