Basic section

÷ If the tape transport direction is opposite to the desired direction, press the

TAPE (

2 3) key to reverse the direction.

÷ Normal (TYPE ) or high (TYPE ) tape selection is set automatically.

÷ Remove tape slack before loading.

÷ Close the door securely.

Open the cassette holder.

Insert a tape and close the door.
Be sure to load the top of the
tape in the cassette holder first
with the side you want to play
facing up.

÷ Each time you press the TAPE (2 3) key, the playback direction changes.

When the power is off:
By loading a tape in the cassette deck beforehand,
simply pressing the play key automatically turns the
power ON and sets the function selection to Tape.

The deck starts playback.
