■ Connecting the Camera to a PC
Use the interface cable bundled with the RDC-5000 to connect it to a personal
computer.

Turn off the PC.

Connect the camera and the PC to each other using the interface
cable, but not before checking to see that the camera is turned off.
Note • Avoid operating the camera from batteries to the extent possible; rather, run
it via an AC adapter. If the power turns off while you are operating the
camera, you would have to retry.
• Do not connect or disconnect the AC adapter to or from the AC outlet while
the camera is turned on.
