[SOURce[1|2]]:PWM:INTernal:FREQuency
This command sets or queries the internal modulation frequency of PWM modula-
tion for the specified channel. You can use this command only when the internal
modulation source is selected.

Arguments <frequency>::=<NRf>[<units>]
where
<NRf> is the modulation frequency.
<units>::=[Hz | kHz | MHz]
Returns <frequency>
Examples SOURce1:PWM:INTernal:FREQuency 10kHz
sets the CH 1 internal frequency to 10 kHz.
