Logging and Tracing
Use packet tracing and logs for troubleshooting. You can send logs from
the ZyXEL Device to an external UNIX syslog server.
PPPoE
PPPoE mimics a dial-up over Ethernet Internet access connection.
PPTP Encapsulation
Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP) enables secure transfer of
data through a Virtual Private Network (VPN). The ZyXEL Device
supports one PPTP connection at a time.
Universal Plug and Play
(UPnP)
The ZyXEL Device can communicate with other UPnP enabled devices
in a network.
RoadRunner Support
In addition to standard cable modem services, the ZyXEL Device
supports Time Warner’s RoadRunner Service.
