The wire map agrees with the outlet configuration selected
for the test.
 When more than one button shows at the bottom of the screen,
the tester highlights one in yellow to recommend which one to
tap. See “Buttons to Do Tests and Save Results” on page 53.

Shield continuity shows if you select
a shielded cable type (such as S/FTP)
on the TEST SETUP screen and you
turn on the Shield Test. The shield
in the wire map above is open 3.6 m
from the tester.
