10 Measured value/Status files

10.1 Description of the measurement data files

The PC/DCS values can be sent in four different file formats from

the instrument via e-mail or retrieved via http. Enter the following

line into your browser: http://ip-address or Host name/file name, e.g.

http://192.168.200.200/val.htm.
The files have the following name:

val.txt (text file)

val.csv (CSV file)

val.htm (HTML file)

val.xml (XML file)

The contents of the files consists of a header with the following infor-

mation:

#System: VEGAMET 625 (instrument type)

#Version: 1.91 (Firmware version)

#TAG: Device Name (device-TAG)

#SNR: 11162431 (instrument serial number)

#Date: 25.10.04 (transmission date)

#Time: 10:26:58 (transmission time)

#Ontime: 02:58:51 (switch on period)

The PC/DCS values are transmitted with the following information:

001,"TAG-No. 1",98.75,%

001 (PC/DCS number)

TAG-No (measurement loop TAG)

98.75 (measured value)

% (unit)

An entry exists in the file for each PC/DCS output assigned in VE-

GAMET/VEGASCAN/PLICSRADIO. For the switching inputs of PLIC-

SRADIO C62 (measurement loops 4 … 6) the values 0.00 (switch

open) and 100.00 (switch closed) are transmitted as measured

values, the unit is deleted.

With a TXT file, information is transmitted as text.
