The information within the "<device>"-TAG is information on VE-
GAMET/VEGASCAN/PLICSRADIO. It is stated once at the beginning
of the document.
<loopitem>
Within the "<loopitem>"-TAG there is status information about a
measurement loop. Such a TAG exists for each measurement loop,
e.g. up to 3 such TAGs can be available with a VEGAMET, 15 with a
VEGASCAN 15 and six with a PLICSRADIO C62.

measurement loop.
<measurement>
