With the XML file, information is transmitted in XML format. These

files are particularly suitable for automated reading in of device data.

The XML document is divided into different elements. These ele-

ments structure the XML document and start each with a so called

"Start Tag" and finish with the "End Tag".
Example of the content of a "val.xml" file of a VEGAMET 624.
