 Check for missing or broken parts, proper
spring tension, free movement, rust or
corrosion, dirt, excessive wear, arc spatter,
sooty deposits, and tracking. Clean or replace
parts as required.
 After Seismic event check for proper spring
tension and yielding of spring hanger parts.
Replace parts as required.
 Megohm test at 1000 VDC the system before
re-energizing. The resistance should not be
below 1 megohm per 100 feet of busway.
