Validating CalChek Full Calibration Data
To confi rm printed calibration data, open the SKC DataTrac Pump Manager window
and click on the View menu. Choose Calibration Info. Go to the Tools menu and
choose Confi rm Validation Code. Enter the calibration date shown on the printed
report, enter each actual fl ow, and then enter the validation code. Click on the Check
Validation Code butt on. The box to the right of the butt on will display red and
“invalid” if the data has been tampered with or green and “valid” if data is intact.
Clearing the history will not clear full calibration data. This data will only be
cleared by performing another full calibration with CalChek or by obtaining more
than 36 pump history records.
Caution: When entering data to confi rm the validation number, enter the date
in the following format: mmm dd, yyyy (e.g., Aug 18, 2011).
This feature requires pump version 2.62 or higher and DataTrac 2000 Soft ware
version 3.62 or higher.
