Conditions
The warranty is valid from the purchasing date of the product and must be proven by the receipt (invoice, receipt or any
document that unequivocally identify the purchasing date), issued by the person who sold the item.
The interventions carried out under warranty do not extend the duration of the warranty which is still of two years from
the purchasing date.
The product must not have been modified and/or changed: the presence of non original accessories and/or any, even
small, changes to the product, entail the immediate cancellation of the warranty terms and the cancellation of any
responsibilities on Suomy’s behalf.
The warranty is void when:
- the product has been modified, painted, decorated with stickers
- original parts have been replaced with other parts.
The Warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
- careless treatment
- ordinary wear of the product
- repairs made by the customers or third parties or by personnel not belonging to the Suomy Organization
- incorrect use of the product and/or use of the product in situations that do not comply with the purposes the product
has been designed for or with the modalities indicated in this manual.

La garantie entre en vigueur à partir de la date d’achat du produit et doit être accompagnée par un reçu (facture, ticket
de caisse ou tout autre document permettant d’identifier clairement la date d’achat), remis par le revendeur de l’article.
Les interventions sous garantie ne prorogent pas la durée de la garantie qui demeure de deux ans à partir de la date
d’achat.
Le produit ne doit pas avoir subi de modifications et/ou d’altérations: la présence d’accessoires non originaux et/ou
d’éventuelles modifications apportées au produit, même minimes, entraîne l’annulation immédiate des clauses de la
garantie et l’exonération de toute responsabilité de la part de Suomy.
La garantie s’annule lorsque:
- le produit a été modifié, repeint, décoré avec des autocollants
- des pièces originales ont été remplacées par d’autres d’origine différente.
Sont exclus de toute garantie les dommages dus à:
- un traitement négligent
- une usure normale du produit
- des réparations effectuées par le client ou par des tiers ou du personnel étrangers à l’organisation Suomy
- un usage incorrect du produit et/ou son utilisation dans des situations en dehors des conditions d’utilisation normales
ou des modalités figurant dans le présent opuscule.

La garanzia ha decorrenza dalla data di acquisto del prodotto e deve essere comprovata dalla ricevuta (fattura, scontrino
fiscale o qualsiasi documento atto ad identificare inequivocabilmente la data di acquisto), rilasciata dal venditore dell’articolo.
Gli interventi realizzati in garanzia non prolungano la durata della garanzia che resta fissata in due anni dalla data di
acquisto.
Il prodotto non deve essere stato oggetto di modifiche e/o alterazioni: la presenza di accessori non originali e/o di eventuali
modifiche anche minime al prodotto, comportano l’immediato annullamento dei termini di garanzia e il decadimento di
qualsiasi responsabilità da parte di Suomy.
La Garanzia decade quando:
- il prodotto sia stato modificato, riverniciato, decorato con adesivi
- siano state sostituite parti originali con altre di diversa origine.
