To program group-dial codes (and one-touch keys)
from the control panel

Assign a speed-dial code to each fax number (or e-mail address)
you want in this group. See “Programming speed-dial codes from
the control panel” on page 111.

10 Enter a name for the group. To do so, repeatedly press the

numeric key for the letter you need until the letter appears. (See
“Using dialing characters” on page 107 for a list of characters.)
For example, if the first letter you need is a “C,” press
