2-8-2 License Key Partition Definition Pane
The License Key Partition Definition pane (see Figure 2-32) lists the product options that are available to storage
logical partitions. From here, a storage administrator with superuser authority can allocate the License Key
capacity among the various storage logical partitions. Each option must first be installed from the License Key
pane before its license capacity can be partitioned. For more information on installing options, refer to
section 2-7.
To open the License Key Partition Definition pane, log on to XP Remote Web Console, click Install ( ) on the
left side of the pane, and then click License Key Partition Definition (see Figure 2-32).

The Product Name list (see Figure 2-33) shows product options for which the licensed capacity can be allocated
to SLPRs.
