Command Description
NUL Terminates horizontal and vertical tab escape sequences.
BEL Sounds the printer buzzer.
BS Backspace.
HT Horizontal tab.
LF Line feed.
VT Vertical tab.
FF Form feed.
CR Carriage return.
SO Shift out. Selects Double wide mode for the current line.
SI Shift in. Selects condensed printing.
DC1 Device control 1. Enable printer
DC2 Device control 2. Selects 10 character per inch (10 cpi).
DC3 Device control 3. Disable printer.
DC4 Device control 4. Cancels double wide mode.
CAN Cancel. Cancel text in the print buffer.
ESC – Select/Cancel underlining.
ESC 0 Set line spacing to 1/8 inch.
ESC 1 Set line spacing to 7/72 inch.
ESC 2 Activate line spacing set by ESC A.
ESC 3 Set line spacing to n/216 inch.
ESC 4 Set top of form at current position.
