RETRY_INCOMPLETES 1! Incompletes will be retried.
RETRY_INCOMPLETES 0 ! Do Not retry incompletes.
The install flag DO_NOT_RETRY still has over all control over whether
dials are retried.
The default for most customers would be to NOT retry reorders or incom-
pletes. The default for the RETRY_INCOMPLETES is 0, and does not have
to be entered in the dialing rules unless you wish the feature turned on.
