To review your messages on the telephone display
1. From the MAILBOX Menu, press {VISUAL LST} or [9];
you receive the following message category listing:
2. Press the softkey adjacent to the message category
you wish to view;
you receive a listing of the messages contained in the
selected category. See example below:
. The top line of your screen displays the mailbox name
or number, the number of messages in the selected cat-
egory and the page number. Each subsequent line con-
tains details of a particular message.
In the example above:
• The date the message was sent is shown at the left of
the screen. If the date is blinking, this indicates that the
message is urgent.
