1. O Plano
Este contrato de prestação de serviços rege os serviços de hardware e de assistência técnica que
lhe sejam prestados pela Apple Sales International ou por um seu sucessor em título (“Apple”),
nos termos dos planos acima mencionados (referidos neste documento como “Plano”), para o
produto da marca Apple e acessórios contidos na embalagem original (“Equipamento Coberto”)
enumerados no respectivo documento comprovativo de cobertura (“Confirmação do Plano”).
2. Quando começa e termina a Cobertura
A cobertura tem início na data de compra do Plano e termina na data especificada na
