Installing the DeviceNet Option
This chapter provides instructions for installing and wiring the DeviceNet
option on the 1329I Integrated Drive/Motor.
Read this chapter and referenced information completely before you
attempt to install or configure the DeviceNet option. Before you apply
power, review the attention statements in
Chapter 1 .
Preparing for the Installation Before installing the drive, do the following:

Read and understand the DeviceNet Cable System Planning and
Installation Manual.
•
Read and understand the 1329I Integrated Drive/Motor User Manual.
•
Verify that you have the required equipment. Refer to Chapter 1 .
Complying with EMC
