2. Double-click the icon for the 1329I unit. The Device Configuration -

Enhanced Mode dialog box appears.

Parameters for the 1329I unit and DeviceNet option are displayed under
Parameters. You can either scroll through the parameters in the list, or
you can select a specific group of parameters in the Parameter Group
box.

contains a complete list of the parameters and

parameter groups for the 1329I unit and DeviceNet option.

Setting the Node Address

If switches 7 and 8 on the DeviceNet option are On, the value of Parameter
103 - [NV MAC ID]
determines the node address. By default, this
parameter sets the node address to 63. We recommend changing the node
address to a new, unique node address because all new devices use 63 as a
default node address.

1. In the Device Configuration - Enhanced Mode dialog box (

Figure 3.8

),

double-click Parameter 103 - [NV MAC ID]. The Device
Configuration - Modify Numeric Parameter dialog box appears.

2. Type a unique node address, and then click Save to Device.
