Live ROI Selection

You make live ROI selections using one of the following:

• Control panel joystick

• Computer mouse/touch-screen

• Virtual cameras.

Control Panel ROI

Adjustment

The Zoom size control buttons (SD, 720, 1080, Full Raster, and User) immediately resize
the ROI to that setting. You can set a User zoom size at the currently selected RIO setting
by pressing the Set User button.

You can adjust the ROI size using the Joystick. By default, rotating the Joystick clockwise
increases the ROI (zoom out), and rotating counter-clockwise reduces the ROI s (zoom in).
The direction of zoom rotation is an option set in the Configuration menu.

The Joystick also positions an ROI within the raster. By default, pushing the Joystick left,
right, up and down moves the ROI in that direction. The directions of movement can also
be changed in the Configuration menu.

The amount of joystick tilt alters the speed ROI repositioning. Moving the Joystick only
slightly off its center point will move the ROI slowly.

Virtual Camera Selection:

The 1 - 4 buttons on the control panel select the first four defined Virtual Cameras in the
currently selected bank of registers. You may use the Truzoom UI to choose another bank
to access with these button selections (banks 0-9).
